WHY CHOOSE US:
Many people experiencing headaches, dizziness, jaw pain or concussion symptoms have tried multiple approaches without clear answers.
These conditions can be complex and are often influenced by more than one part of the body.
Head, Neck & Balance Clinic was established to provide a more focused approach—centered on conditions involving the head, neck and balance system.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we take the time to understand your presentation, identify contributing factors, and provide a structured plan tailored to your needs.
Our aim is to give you clarity around your condition and a clear direction forward.

Yes, but only under specific circumstances. Medicare does not cover standard, "walk-in" osteopathic appointments. To receive a rebate, you must be referred by your GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan (formerly known as an EPC or Enhanced Primary Care plan)
Eligibility is determined by your GP. Generally, these plans are for patients with chronic conditions—medical issues that have been present (or are likely to be) for six months or more.
As of April 2026, the standard Medicare rebate for osteopathy (MBS Item 10966) is $61.80 per session. So there will still be “gap fee” -
Osteopathy is covered by the majority of private health insurers in Australia (BUPA, Medibank, NIB, HFC) please check with your provider to discuss what rebates are available under your extras cover.
